Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to develop a general purpose robot for receiving visitors and illustrating showcases in an innovation lab and assist in the project management
• Analyse business needs / challenges and design system for receiving visitors and illustrating showcases by the robot
• Facilitate the chatbot functionality development by preparing questions and answers for training the robot to respond to queries about the Innovation Lab and the showcases
• Conduct testing for all functionalities of the robot
• Conduct technology evaluation, proof-of-concept trials for business needs and technologies related to the robot development
• Prepare documentation for the robot development 

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent 
• Experience in business analysis, system design, solution evaluation / research, and liaison with external parties in developing the systems
• Experience in writing technical articles and product evaluation summaries
• Good knowledge of emerging and innovative technologies related to Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Internet of Things, Chatbot, Robotics Technologies is preferred
• Able to communicate and write in Cantonese and English
