The purpose of this post is responsible for leading, consulting or overseeing multiple architectural engagements. He/She works on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge within a domain: technical, solutions, business or information. He/She provides technical advise to others. He/She leads a domain specific architecture board. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform needs analysis of department servers, networks, and services; administer access to system resources; troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems; plan and implement hardware and software upgrades as needed
• Work closely with internal teams to investigate, evaluate, recommend, implement, and maintain solutions to various wide-ranging information technology issues, while maintaining awareness of and respect for industry best practices
• Install and maintain equipment in a data center environment, including mounting rack hardware and installing or maintaining network cabling in production and pre-production environments
• Monitor firewalls, networks and systems for both trending and troubleshooting
• Provide tier 2 user support and after-hours emergency support on a rotating basis to a diverse user base
• Create and maintain users and internal technical documentation
• Provide team training as appropriate

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science-related discipline
• At least 2 years or above relevant working experience
• Experience in Switch/Wireless Router/Firewall/VPN setup
• Experience in MS Windows Server 2008 or above, IIS, MS Hyper-V, Linux
• Knowledge in TCP/IP,DHCP,LDAP,DNS,SENDMAIL,POP
• Demonstrated successful in leading teams within multi-disciplinary and complex projects
• Demonstrated successful in working with various business partners to deliver end-to-end solution and built up good network and working relationship with system vendors
• Experience working under difficult circumstances to deliver substantive, measurable cyber security projects in complex businesses
• Track record of being accountable for business unit performance, successful achievement of financial and operational goals
• Extensive experience and knowledge on application administration and infrastructure security, operations, enterprise networking, operating systems and database security evaluation and architecture
• Extensive experience in implementing IT governance, policies and standards
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong networking capability (internal and external)
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Putonghua 
• Need to travel to Mainland China
