Job Duties:

• Participate in business process re-engineering project and collect user requirement
• Perform Gap Analysis with existing system infrastructure and applications with the new business requirements
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, users and development teams and assist Project Manager throughout whole project cycle

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent 
• 5+ yrs of experience in a Telecom as a Business Analyst who performed business process analysis
• Sounded knowledge in Telecom business function such as, Billing, Sales and Marketing, Order Management, Customer Services.
• Proven record in either Data Analytics or Machine Learning projects is compulsory
• Experience in extracting business process flow and workflows by using tools to create use cases, activity, logical, component and deployment views in order to help development teams to understand user requirement
• Result-oriented Joint Application Development (JAD) Facilitator and meetings coordinator
• Familiar with project methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, Product Backlog, Release Burndown, Sprint Planning Meeting Taskboard, To-do and Work in Process Charts is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill in English with good team spirit.
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Business Analyst
