Job Description
Our Client is a Global Asset Management firm with over $350 AUM world wide. Their Asia operation hub is in Hong Kong and we are looking for an Application Support to join the Global IT team.
Duties:
- Provide front to back office applications, such as OMS, EMS, PMS, Reporting etc applications, across Equities and Fixed Income products
- Support APAC markets and traders across APAC, including China, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, Japan
- Provide daily healthchecks at day start and day end
- Provide application monitoring, support, implementation and release of new functions/features
- Recommend improvements on support and system processes
- Work with project and development teams for new projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in a Top tier University
- 5 years+ in Buy Side Application Support, must have OMS/EMS and also other middle to back office applications
- Strong product knowledge in Equities and/or Fixed Income, must have supported Asian markets
- Must have strong communication skills in English/Cantonese/Mandarin
- Good scripting and SQL background
