The position is responsible for providing professional knowledges and supports in SAP Database management, developing and implementing master data tasks following by the company processed and data quality standards.

Key Accountabilities:

• Introduce new items, vendors, clients, cost prices and assortment structure into the database
• Ensure that all item cards are correct in terms of item description, item hierarchy, purchasing pricing, etc.
• Maintain and update the database when necessary
• Enter new cost prices with the established margin into the data base after receiving them from the Category Managers and communicate of the price changes
• Supports, communicate and interact with other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy
• Check the data against the calculated margin
• Perform other specific responsibilities as required by direct manager

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business or related disciplines
• Proven track record in any SAP Master Data experience
• At least 3 years working experience in database management in similar capabilities
• Experience in retail industry will be an advantage
• Good analytical and methodical skills
• Advance Excel skills will be an advantage
• Good communication skills and command of English
