Job Description

1)      Providing IT Support services including hardware, software, printers, network and handheld devices

2)      Provide on-site support at different locations

3)      Provide support via Instant Messaging during office and non-office hour

Job Requirements

1)      Degree or above in Information Technology or related discipline

2)      At least 2 years of working experience in IT Support / System administration

3)      Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operation System, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook & common office applications

4)      Strong problem solving and good customer relation skills.

5)      Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
