Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management of customer contracts.
• Handle all customer orders in conjunction with the Quality & Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Directly handle customer enquiries - being responsible from the enquiry to final execution including product development, sampling, costing, presentation and delivery
• Work with existing and sourcing new suppliers to meet customer requirements
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining supplier relationships in the best interest of the company
• Reviewing terms and conditions with suppliers and customers
• Preparation of costing sheets and quotations ensuring accuracy

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Supply Chain Management/Procurement or equivalent working experience
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in a similar role or senior merchandising position for an international organization preferably in trading; manufacturing or travel-related industries
• Experienced in order management processes and tender preparation (preferably)
• Independent and proactive
• Confident and presentable
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good sense of judgment and strong problem-solving analytical skills
• Energetic with positive attitude, working in a fast & dynamic organization
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
