Responsibilities

• Report directly to Managing Director, Wealth Management
• Build up, lead, manage and train up a team of 2 to 4 frontline sales to achieve business targets in revenue, AUM and customer numbers, etc.
• Develop and implement business strategies targeting potential clients in Hong Kong and Mainland China
• Deliver high quality one-stop financial planning and wealth management solutions through face-to-face professional meeting
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements

• Tertiary or university level education, preferably with CFP qualification
• Qualifications in IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5), preferably with SFC license RA1
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years relevant team building experience in banking, insurance or IFA industry
• Strong leadership, mature, self-motivated and independent
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
