The Roles: 

Client Service Operations

• Lead a team that supports client facing colleagues in the areas of Billing, Account Maintenance, and Policy Document Generation while ensuring activities align to Aon standards
• Provide subject matter expertise in the placement process and renewal cycle
• Ensure activities are performed timely and accurately within Aon standards
• For junior colleagues, provide training to upskill junior colleagues in processing work and create opportunities to increase familiarization of the Aon business and insurance industry
• Manage stakeholders by generating reports that provide team and vendor performance tracking 

Other Work Assignments

• Identify opportunities for process streamlining, cost reduction and improve stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support and collaborate with different teams in development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
• Support other activities within Business Support as necessary
• Role holder can be assigned to other tasks within Business Support for business continuity, training, and professional growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Our Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Experience in leading a team preferred; if not, willingness to be mentored to be a team leader
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team environment
• Good time management skills & ability to work to deadlines / work under pressure
• Knowledge of insurance technical and experience in the insurance industry
• Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with Aon systems
