Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with distribution, operation and marketing channels for product strategy, development and planning on insurance products
• Work closely with external partners to prepare product launch and on-going promotion of insurance products for identifying selling opportunities for customers
• Support in the formulation of product marketing plan, promotion budget and monitor the expenses of different product promotions
• Improve loyalty of existing and new customers
• Support assignments and projects related to investment fund products development and selling process
• Prepare regular reports to management and regulators

Job Requirements:

• University graduate or above with major in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or relevant disciplines; CFA and CFP holders are preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent influencing and analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
