Job Description
Major responsibilities:
- Process and adjudicate life and medical claims in an efficient and effective manner
- Conduct cost review and hospitalization pre-admission approval
- Provide customer services to the brokers and direct clients on claims related issues
- Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor for operation and service enhancement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree plus professional insurance qualifications
- 2 - 3 years' medical claims exposure, with experience in handling individual and expatriate claims adjudication is an advantage
- Detail-minded, service-oriented, team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- PC proficiency in MS Office
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer
