Programme Overview

This is a one-year intensive and comprehensive training programme. Management Trainee (MT) will be provided with ample learning opportunities to gain all-rounded and hands-on work experience. Management Trainee will be assigned various non-sales related projects within the Group’s core businesses in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Career Development & Training

Under the one-year training programme, MT will undergo comprehensive training which helps him/her understand the Group's business and management culture and equip them with the knowledge for advancing to managerial positions. Upon successful completion of the one-year programme, MT will be placed to selected department of the Group, taking into account of their professional skill set, competences, career objective, and also the human resources planning of the Group.

Ample development opportunities and further advancement are ready for MT with outstanding performances and capabilities to move along their career ladder. We also expect graduated MT to be capable of facing challenges from short or long-term job assignments involving a variety of disciplines and locations, including Mainland China, and be able to go on a fast track on their career path.

We Are Looking For

Recent graduates or candidates with one to two year work experience from any disciplines with excellent academic results and the following qualities:

• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong adaptability and flexibility
• Strong passion and commitment
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Strong learning capability
• High mobility to travel and work in Mainland China
