Responsibilities:

-        Develop new formulation for toy compound products

-        Research in the use of new raw materials to enhance product functions

-        Create BOM / cost analysis of new products

-        Create production protocols for new formulation

-        Lead members of Chemistry Laboratory at our China factory

Requirements:

-        Bachelor or above in Chemistry

-        Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in polymer chemistry

-        Conversant with MS Word & Excel. Ability to use Chinese word processing is a must

-        Experienced in using ERP system

-        Good command in both written English and Chinese. Skillful in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin

-        Able to prioritize tasks, analyze problems and work to resolve problems

-        Eager to learn and enjoy a teamwork environment

*Travelling to China will be required.
