Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for and manage all quality and reliability activities of Factory
• Develop and implement strategic quality procedures for Factory in line with Corporate policy
• Oversee daily operations of all quality functions including quality control, quality engineering and quality management system
• Establish effective quality management system to meet the requirements of customers
• Ensure product integrity control, quality control compliance by integrating the guidelines into the manufacturing process so as to maintain production schedule and reduce cycle times

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Quality Management
• Minimum 15 years’ solid quality experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in Hard Disk Drive or HDD component but not necessary
• Fully experienced in quality assurance, with at least 8 years at senior management level
• Strong knowledge and wide application of problem solving technique, either Six Sigma or 8D
• Solid experience in managing different ISO and Quality Management Systems
• Strong leadership skills and able to drive the team to achieve goals
• Effective communication and people management skills
• Good team player, independent and proactive
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
