To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for a high caliber and experienced individual to join our quality team in Dongguan manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team from quality departments and reports to Chief Operating Officer
• Plan, implement and monitor all effective and efficient quality procedures, systems and workflow to fulfill international safety and quality standards of electronic products
• Responsible for all-round assembly and quality issue for Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
• Review and supervise Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) during New Project Stage
• Execute and analyze Statistical Process Control (SPC) to create correction plans
• Initiate and lead for continuous quality improvement, regular quality audits and product & process quality control

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Manufacturing/ Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sizable electronic manufacturing sector
• Well versed of quality standard requirements, such as ISO9001, ISO14001 and TS16949
• Sound understanding in manufacturing operations flow and processes
• Proven track record in leading and coordinating quality teams in change management and improvements
• Hands-on, energetic and result-oriented with knowledge in business planning, project management
• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Stationed in Dongguan
