Responsibilities:

• Developing professional events for our retail customers in different parts of the world from Hong Kong. These include community meetups, seminars, sponsorship activation, etc.;
• Working with internal stakeholders and business units to deliver best-of-class industry events;
• Managing and arranging logistics, vendors, venues as well as budgets for assigned projects;
• Liaising directly with internal teams and external partners to support them in both the strategic and tactical issues of event programs;
• Supporting online marketing of all events, maximizing our brand exposure and influence both online and offline;
• Representing the company in different event occasions.

Requirements: 

• A university degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related disciplines
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in event marketing, preferably in finance, or tech settings;
• Extensive experience in managing vendors, sponsors, organizers, and stakeholders to ensure events run as planned;
• Solid project management skills;
• Willingness to travel overseas irregularly;
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to seeks answers and presents options;
• Strong curiosity and passion in crypto, blockchain, tech, and finance, with a self-starter mind to explore new trends in the industry;
• Good communication skills and an open mind to work with our young and thriving team.
• Candidates with more experience, could be considered as Event Manager.
