Job Duty:

• To handle PO processing and monitoring
• To keep close contact with vendors and suppliers for quotation and follow up outstanding PO
• To manage inventory control and purchase forecast
• To coordinate with warehouse team including goods receiving, stock return, stock adjustment, or other related stock activities.
• To assist other ad-hoc projects as assigned   

Requirement:

• Form 7 or above
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Good communication skill, well organized and a fast learner
