Job duties

• Liaising with key stakeholders and clients to gather specific requirements on the marketing tool
• Convert business requirements, processes and data flows into functional requirements and design
• Design, develop, test and implement marketing solutions in complex environments
• Generating insights by leveraging different marketing tools, techniques, industry best practices to deliver value to our clients
• Evaluating the performance of the marketing tools and further enhance clients’ marketing strategies
• Configurating the marketing tools

Requirements

• At least 2-year related experience in digital marketing and emerging digital technology, social trends and insights
• Experience / Knowledge on system integration and customization with marketing tools
• Experience/ Knowledge on the following tools or similar tools:

-          Adobe marketing cloud - Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target

-          Analytics/ Reporting tool – Tableau, PowerBI

-          Web analytics tool – Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tealium

-          Social media integration – Social login implementation, especially on WeChat

• Passion for digital communication techniques and technologies
• Strong analytic and problem solving skill
• Excellent communication skill and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of stakeholders, internally and externally
• University Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/System, or other relevant disciplines desirable
• High proficiency in both verbal and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an added advantage)
