Job Description
The Job:
- Monitor market trend or (SME) segments
- Design and implement customer loyalty programs utilizing both online and sales channels
- Design customer journey for increasing customer loyalty
- Review business and sales performance on daily basis
- Conduct data analysis on customer profile for segmentation marketing
- As product anchor, penetrate services in target segments
- As market segment anchor, collaborate with internal channels and drive for business performance improvement independently
The Person:
- Tertiary Education or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing
- Knowledge of IT/Telecom products and services will be an added advantage
- Team player as well as the capability to work independently to coordinate with multiple functional areas
- Be entrepreneurial and self-motivated to make thing happen
- Excellent selling, interpersonal and communication skills
- High proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
