Our company is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing officer who will be working closely with our crew management team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our 3rd party crew management services.

As a successful hire, you will be tasked with conducting extensive marketing research using industry databases, prospective client websites, news and media articles to generate leads and opportunities for growth. You will be involved in constructing presentations, business proposals, client budgets and market analytics. You will be also be responsible for making initial contact with prospective clients through phone and emails offering our services and to maintain a systematic follow-up of the responses.

To be chosen for this role, you must have -

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing with successful work experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
