Ensure the professional and effective management and delivery of events and Business Unit programmes so as to achieve the organization’s overall objectives in brand building, leads generation and revenue growth. This position reports to Manger, Event Marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing corporate/ business unit-led events from inception to the end including promotion activity, i.e. print, online, electronic media and direct mail, and all the operational arrangement as appropriate
• Support the development of work plan including the master action plan, logistics & resource plan, promotion plan, hospitality plan, floor plan, budget plan and regular work in progress report
• Support the supervision of event agency, including the on-site setup and management
• Assist in compiling post event action report and feedback analysis
• Support the implementation of database entry into CRM system
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated with strong sense of accountability
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate Available
