A pivotal role in this team is the Content Editor. This person will work closely with the members of the Global Marketing Team to drive the global editorial strategy and content planning, developing the brand’s marketing messages and ensuring consistency and dynamism across all touch points. They will manage a Creative Content Producer (Social Media), actively guiding them to interpret TEC’s brand voice on our social channels through growth hacking and online community-building. Last, they will lead TEC’s academic editorial approach, researching and writing longer form articles to build brand credibility and awareness.
The successful candidate will be:

● They will thrive in a start-up environment as they will be part of a team that will be enforces the brand vision, planning and execution
● They will be proactive, a self-starter, and hungry to try new things
A strategic mind and an appetite for content. They will possess a deep understanding of the digital landscape and be able to apply best practice strategies to all content. They will help adapt the global marketing vision to different digital channels, creating a unique TOV and utilising each channel in a native way to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
● They will be responsible for managing The Executive Centre’s blog.
● They will be a creative and proactive content developer, understanding how to utilise social to communicate brand products and services working with the Creative Content Producer
● They will be a native English writer who can use language to engage, persuade and inform
A communicator. They will understand how brands communicate effectively with their consumers in the digital/social realm and will be able to take the global brand positioning and tailor it to different markets, while still maintaining brand consistency.
· They will be able to work collaboratively with The Executive Centre’s Global Paid and Analytics Manager to provide content for a roster of paid ads
· They will manage content and cadence for all email communications on behalf of TEC to Members and external stakeholders
A seasoned academic/business journalist. This role will be responsible for helping shape The Executive Centre as a source for thought leadership in their industry via research and white papers. They will lead the writing, crafting and positioning of pieces for media angles with production support from the Content and Design team.
● They will own all research and editorial initiatives to scope out trends relating to changes in the workplace, the future of corporate culture, business trends, etc., to help develop a journalistic approach for The Executive Centre’s blogs and articles
● They will write and develop quarterly white papers to position The Executive Centre’s stance as a thought leader on trends in the industry
● They will conduct interviews with Members and relevant parties to aid their research and content
● They will own The Executive Centre’s blog by creating and crafting weekly case studies and articles in response to the trends found in research
