Key responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, maintain, control and audit of quality system and activities to ensure all operations are complied with quality standards.
• Define specifications for implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of products.
• Provide quality report and suggestion to design and production for improvement.
• Work closely with customers for any quality complaints and work out the corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
• Implement and maintain the ISO system with annual internal and external audit.
• Evaluate the suppliers quality and constantly improve the supplier chain,
• Develop, train and provide guidance to all QA staff.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in quality engineering & industrial engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years solid experience in quality management with electronics assembly operations exposure in multinational company
• Familiar with ISO/TL/TS is definitely an advantage
• Able to implement and execute quality activities to strive for zero defect
• Possesses quality mind set to drive for total customer satisfaction and quality excellence
• Exposure in executing quality management in PRC Factory or Outsource Partners
• Experienced in supplier quality engineering
• Willing to station in PRC
