Key Responsibilities

• Create sales, margin and inventory plans by category

• Communicate with merchants and vendors on related activities, including invoice processing, payments, and follow up through claims

• Develop reporting on previous quarter results; identify “missed sales” and growth drivers over prior year.  Communicate future opportunities to the cross functional team and sales team in weekly meetings

• Maintain existing retail database and current retail system and provide support to ensure weekly and monthly reporting cycles run smoothly

• Provide inventory assistance to the retail team to ensure data integrity on both system and finance side

• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment and review expense reports of multiple payment formats.

Key Skills/Competencies

• BS/BA Degree (in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing and Management) or equivalent work experience

• 1-2years relevant experience in Business/Data Analysis 

• Strong analytical skills and experience in working with many sources of data

• Proven leadership skills and an excellent track record of deliverables

• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members, and management along a wide spectrum of technical abilities

• Excellent organizational skills

• Someone who takes a proactive approach to problem solving

• The ability to work independently and with a team
