About this team

The lululemon Liaison Office (LLO) team is dedicated to ensuring our components are produced of the highest quality, delivered when we need them, and manufactured with partners who share our commitment to elevating the world.  Not only do we manage the production of great product, we also build great relationships.

 

A day in the life:

  • You’ll design, build and execute reports required by Supply Chain functions at the frequency required; this will occasionally include ad hoc reporting
  • You’ll create executive summaries for senior leadership teams, often communicating large amounts of complex data in a simplified manner and highlighting the most salient points
  • You’ll collaborate with teams closely to understand their key performance indicators and support them with the transparency required to run their businesses effectively
  • You’ll offer creative solutions on how to collect, analyze, parse and interpret data using sometimes fragmented systems and intelligent assumptions
  • You may represent liaison office and vendor interests by outlining business requirements and cooperating with IT peers on system enhancement/ data collection from vendor partners.
  • You’ll be clear about our product calendar and supply chain so that you can determine how best to support the business through reporting and analytics
  • You’ll document reporting methods to create transparency for users, and aid trainings for future/backup team members

 

Qualifications:

  • You have 4+ years experience in an analytics role.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to solve problems in a creative and efficient manner.
  • Ability to work with a large amount detail without losing sight of the big picture
  • Effective communication skills (written & verbal), you have an excellent command of English and can communicate complex project related subjects over the phone/ email
  • You are proficient in Excel/VBA, Power BI and Office 365 Productivity Suite, Experienced in is preferred either on
  • building data and analytics solutions, data manipulation, and data visualization with multiple systems (PLM, ERP and/or MES/OMS)
  • creating tracking and monitoring tools for vendor collaboration in Smartsheet or Microsoft Power Apps/  Sharepoint
  • Familiarity with VBA, Python, or R in data maniuplication is an asset. Knowledge of software development concepts is a bonus for future success.
  • Capabilities of general business process mapping and design, functional and technical requirements formulation, and/or change management is preferred
  • Business Intelligence certifications or Business Analyst certifications (PMI-PBA or IIBA) is an asset
  • Background in garment industry, production management and knowledge of technical fabrics, garment construction and related machinery is a bonus.
