RESPONSIBLILITY

• Review samples and provide accurate comments to Factories to ensure the products meets expectations - compliance with Tech Pack, measurements, etc
• Give technical advice and corrective suggestions on fit improvement on paper pattern correction or construction and feedback to factories and Technical Team in New York
• Communicate with New York and Hong Kong Teams for clarification on fitting comments, grade spec and discrepancy issues
• Review samples interprets to factories by VC to ensure their thorough understanding.
• Attend PPS handover meetings with QA Team, Merchandising Team and factories
• Engage in fitting process with designers and models

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• 5+ years' experience in garment technical and fitting
• Good technical knowledge in paper pattern, sewing techniques and size grading specification
• Good technical skills in woven, knit and sweater construction in ladies wears
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good spoken and written English
