What you will need to do:

• Develop and execute sales, marketing plans and strategies for winning new business/ and drive business growth in global areas
• Lead, coach, manage and motivate a team of the sales manager to achieve the company’s objectives
• Have strong determination and persistence to achieve sales targets of the company through excellent leadership abilities and management expertise.
• Conduct Sales meetings to share knowledge & best practice to the Sales Team
• Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities.

What qualifications you need to get:

• Degree holder in Sales and Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 15 years of sales experience in IT or Marketing Agency, past working experience in China & Global market is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing & CRM is preferred
• Familiar with the culture in China & Asia countries
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, mature with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good problem-solving skill and customer-focused with a pleasant personality
•  Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Language in Portuguese, Spanish, French or Russian preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
