The role will be focusing on IPO projects and will include but not be limited to the following duties:

• Review corporate and other legal and commercial documents
• Conduct site visits and due diligence interviews with parties in Hong Kong and overseas
• Prepare various documents in Chinese and English, including due diligence reports, minutes and notices of meetings, etc.
• Conduct verification of prospectuses
• Liaise with issuers and other working parties

 Requirements:

• University graduate
• Excellent English and Chinese language skills, proficiency in Putonghua
• Attention to details
• A team player
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous relevant work experience is advantageous but not essential
• Immediate availability is definitely an advantage
