Responsibilities

• Take lead in providing lease administration and both hardware and software support services (which include but not limited to leasing matters, laboratory setups and operations, products and/or services commercialization and etc.) to InnoHK partner companies;
• Plan, provide support, monitor client services for InnoHK partner companies – closely communicate with partner companies to understand their need for service enhancement;
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure partner companies’ activities at HK Science Park comply with HKSTP’s requirements;
• Provide support to supervisor(s) in preparing materials for pre-leasing and leasing HKSTP projects;
• Supervise subordinate(s) to perform lease administration duties and provide quality support services to partner companies;
• Oversee and ensure handling of partner companies’ enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) or Management.

Requirements

• University degree preferably in Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in lease administration operation including development and management of key accounts
• Experience in product commercialization in technology industries is preferred  
• Customer-oriented and result-driven
• Excellent planning and attention to details
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines under tight schedule
• Positive attitude, good team player and enthusiastic
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
