Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist to devise SOPs, train and assess agents of integrated service centre to handle hotlines of different brands in UMH
Assist to monitor all hotlines daily performance and lead team to achieve KPIs
Assist to manage and ensure smooth execution of IVRs call tree of each brand
Assist to plan manpower and manage resources effectively
To dispose skill set of agents to optimize the “Integrated Services Centre”
To handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements

Degree holder and/ experience related to customers service and call centre management or relevant disciplines
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in call centre, with at least 1 years in management/ supervisory level, preferably with sizable firms or listed companies
Good analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and multi-tasking at the same time
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
Strong in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience
