Reporting to our General Manager or Sales Manager, the successful candidate will assist in formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies and meeting sales targets of the company. Candidates without excellent communication skills and proven records in meeting business or sales targets need not apply. The role also involves planning and execution of sales and marketing events, training product management and business development ad hoc projects assigned.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with 1-2 years solid experience in sales
• Creative thinking and experience in B to C as well as B to B selling in consultative approach
• A team player and potential team builder with excellent interpersonal skills and leadership
• Working knowledge in training and HR development an added advantage
• Excellent business development and presentation skills are absolutely essential
• Responsible, undoubted integrity and able to work independently under pressure
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
• A quick learner and willing to accept new challenges
