Duties:
- Provide general support to Sales and Marketing Team
- Provide good customer services including provision of product knowledge, handling enquiries and sales documentation
- Assist in implementation of promotions, events, digital marketing activities
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Undertake operation and customer services assignments
- Follow up customer orders
- Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Completion of Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year of customer services related working experience
- Less experience also welcome
- Familiar with social media marketing tops, i.e. facebook, Youtube, website update
- Teamwork, friendly, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Being multi-lingual with good presentation, communication and computer skills
