Job Descriptions:
- Leading the sales activities in South East Asia region (e.g. Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand etc.), Russia, Latin America, Middle East and Saudi Arabia
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Requirements:
- Must be Fluent English speaker, fluency in Spanish and Mandarin preferred.
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Around 5 years’ experience in B2B sales environment with at least 3 years in management level
- Strong experience in Sales Team Leadership & Distributors Management
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to trade shows and market visit
- Result oriented, Presentable, Energetic and Out-going personality
