Responsibilities:

• support senior management in operating business lines

• source and manage local / overseas projects

• analyse market information including database updates

• maintain and update reports and pitch documents

• client servicing including newsletters and market updates

• manage property leasing (local and overseas) and other ad hoc projects

• handle administration and ongoing tenancy and contracting matters

• maintain and develop good relationship with all counterparties

Requirements:

• organised, efficient and proactive

• strong communication and problem solving skills

• able to understand numbers and complex situations

• Excel, Word, Powerpoint, social media, web authoring skills highly desirable

• excellent language skills, written and spoken English and Cantonese
