Job Description:

• To provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest relations services at all time
• To resolve problems arising from guests and attend inquiries with dispatch and report all guest comments, compliments, and suggestion to the manager
• To provide seamless service to achieve the highest level of patient experience
• Actively shares with the guest about hospital services, send greetings upon guest arrival, offerings professional personalize service
• Meet and greet all VIP guests as directed.

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate with pass or above in English syllabus B in HKCEE / DSE or equivalent or Certificate of hospitality related discipline
• Formal training in Hospitality Management will be an advantage
• Friendly and guest oriented, run daily reports, prepare rooms arriving guests, and provide assistance, ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in serviced apartments, five-star hotels or front line customer oriented and detailed-minded
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Multi-tasking and good time-management is required
