Responsibilities:-

• Work independently as a Key Account Manager to support technology startups in HKSTP’s Incubation Programmes on market development and growth management
• Work with technology startups to explore go-to-market strategies for various markets and help engage business partners or channel partners for execution
• Support startups to seek both internal and external resources required in order to get through the Startups’ Valley of Death.  Maintain regular meeting and dialogue with startups and monitor their progress, provide appropriate guidance if necessary
• Facilitate technological / business / financial collaboration among companies under Tech Incubation as well as with those companies in the related industries
• Solicit feedback from startups on service support and report to management for continuous improvement and new services development
• Facilitate the co-branded incubation programmes with our strategic partners
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Requirements:-

• University degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in Research & Development,  Business Development or Product Management with exposure in the field of ICT / Smart-city projects
• Prior experience in entrepreneurship, working with startups/ SME, or intensive network connection with business achievement in particular industry domain is a plus
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Mature and independent, a strong team player, detailed-mind, self-motivated and results driven
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
