Responsibilities:

• Team strategic planning and execution;
• Implement marketing activities to achieve business targets;
• Direct team to achieve sales target;
• Support acquisition of mortgage loan or related products from enquiry to drawdown;
• Build and maintain customer relationship, customer prospecting as well as marketing calls through personalized service

Target Candidates:

• Basic salary plus high commission;
• Eagerness to develop in financial field;
• Sales and/or marketing experiences in mortgage or personal loan, experience in supervisory role are preferable;
• Sales oriented with good interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Existing sales, marketer and C.S. are welcomed
