Reporting to Head of Sales, this role will be responsible to maximize sales in assigned markets, developing new and existing business and maintaining key relationships with partners (in line with company brands’ positioning and markets specifics).

Job Responsibilities : 

• Handle business development & sales in Asia Pacific region
• Analyse/monitor market and sales providing input/recommendations to the company on products, pricing, trends, sales opportunities
• Contribute to define the company’s sales budget plan, evaluating the actual and future requirements of the markets and draft/propose sales forecasts
• Develop new/existing business and maintaining key relationships with partners (in line with company’s positioning and market characteristics)
• Manage sales conferences and planning with partners to reach sales targets
• Manage orders dealing with customer issues where needed - deliveries, payments, after sales etc.
• Provide sales and marketing support of the brands in charge
• Provide product training and selling techniques to customers and sales at shops

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree
• At least 5 years of working experience in branded sales or business development
• Strong knowledge of APAC watch, jewellery, luxury market and culture is a plus
• Sound customer database, channels & key accounts are highly preferred
• Excellent reporting and analytic skills, both quantitative and qualitative
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Result-driven and sales oriented are essential
• Willingness to travel on a regular basis
