Job Description
工作職責：
- 處理商戶的授權要求，為持卡人和商戶提供交易授權服務;
- 提供涉及信用卡報失、聲稱被盜用的相關查詢服務;
- 信用卡交易風險監控;
- 部門交辦的其他工作;
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality authorization services to merchants and card holders;
- Provide Card Fraud enquiry services and report lost services;
- Fraud transaction monitoring;
- Other work assigned by the department;
- 有銀行或金融行業的相關工作經驗優先，有電話銀行中心授權業務經驗者更佳；
- 有良好的溝通能力，能夠獨立處理客戶查詢；
- 有高精准的數據處理能力；
- 粵語、普通話流利及基本的英語能力；
- 每週工作5天，願意輪班工作及輪休
- 工作地點：北角；
- 應屆畢業生也歡迎
- Relevant working experience in banking or financial industry experience is an advantage;
- Able to handle customers' enquiries independently with good communication skills;
- Self-initiated and highly organized with good analytical skills;
- Proficient in spoken & written Chinese(including Mandarin) & English;
- 5 days working per week and willing to perform 24hr shift duty;
- Working location: North Point;
- Fresh graduates will also be considered;
