Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To receive orders from customers, issue official orders, invoices…etc.
- To follow up order status with the factories
- To arrange goods delivery to customers
- To communicate with the customers and Japan Head Office
- To be responsible for any ad-hoc project as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree
- 3 years solid working experiences in customer service field and with clerical experience
- Familiar with MS Office and outlook
- Japanese language skill is a must
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Pleasant, mature, self-motivated and able to work independently
