Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for developing new products and broadening product portfolio
• Suggest product improvements and evaluate current food production workflow
• Implementation of new technologies and provide technical support to the whole process
• Provide prototype sample testing and evaluation with respect to Sensory and Analytical studies
• Review and improve the application for new and current raw materials, nutrition labeling and packaging materials
• Support the implementation of quality and food safety policies, guidelines and procedures
• Act as a project leader to present project update and collaboration with different departments in supporting products launch

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Food Science/Food Technology or related discipline     
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in food manufacturing industry, preferably in bakery production and processing
• Knowledge in HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 is preferred
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Analytical and strategic minded
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to stay 2-3 days per week in PRC, Dongguan.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Food Technologist.
