Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for full Logistic Operations
• Arrange and trace inbound & outbound shipments
• Liaise with overseas suppliers for logistics and orders follow-up
• To handle a full set of I/E documents
• To manage shipping schedule, operation and cost control
• Negotiate with logistics agent in order to obtain the best possible transport cost
• To provide administrative support and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or related disciplines
• At least 5 years related shipping experiences
• Familiar with SAP
• Self-motivated, service-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
• Mature, able to work independently and under pressure with ability to communicate with all levels of staff
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
