Mission

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional to help us move the company to the next stages of its evolution and growth. Your new role will work closely with the Co-CEO’s, is accountable for leading all activities associated with demand planning, procurement, and inventory management.  You will 1) develop supply chain KPIs, design tactical plans to achieve the KPI’s and oversee execution of strategic sourcing initiatives; 2) minimize business interruptions and ensure continuity of supply; 3) measure and optimize supplier performance and service and maintain professional and effective relations with supplier community; and 4) coordinate and lead cross-functional efforts to continually improve performance and deliver on sourcing and procurement KPIs.

Essential Job Functions

• Demand planning – Lead cross-functional S&OP process in collaboration with sales and marketing and translate forecast feedback into inventory strategies.  Maintain demand plan, recommend purchase decisions based on target inventory levels, product velocity, and other demand variables.  Create demand planning strategies and provide recommendations to improve processes
• Purchasing – Identify the need for POs based on demand plan and production/logistic lead times, initiating POs, and resolving variances.  Well understand the product cycle and market trend, provide valuable advisory in stock replenishment.   
• Sourcing – Participate in the new product development process to ensure inventory availability at launch and through the initial ramp.
• Logistics – Manage inbound freight program to ensure inventory availability at lowest possible cost.
• Supply Chain Analytics – Develop informative and actionable key performance indicator round the supply chain function.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain role and supply/demand planning in consumer goods/electronics
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
• Experience using MS Office, ERP, data warehouse, and planning tools
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
• Knowledge of sophisticated supply chain concepts and processes
• Ability to thrive in multi-tasking and fast-paced working environment
• High sense of personal accountability, a bias toward action, and attention to detail
• Being a self-starter, mature thinking, energetic, and able to work with minimum supervision
• Strong interest in the market trend of consumer electronic device
• Eager in working with other teams across the world
