Job Description

Responsible for full set of accounts and bookkeeping
Assist in preparation of interim & annual reports and variance analysis for management
Participate in both onshore and offshore treasury management including PRC bank loan negotiation and bond issuance
Coordinate with professional parties such as bankers and external auditors
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Willing to travel to PRC and aboard

Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines with relevant professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, with experience in international audit firm or listed company is preferred
- Working experience in property industry in PRC is highly preferred
- Independent, self-motivated, capable to handle tight timeline
- An energetic and proactive team player
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
