Job Description
We are looking for high-caliber finance professionals who are willing to embrace challenges and grow with the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare full set of accounts, audit schedules and financial reports
- Handle account payable, payments, deposits, inter-company transactions, bank reconciliation and fixed assets
- Liaise with operating units on project expenditure, purchase requests and usage reports
- Liaise with vendors on bills and service contracts
- Assist in management reports, budget forecast and financial analysis
- Support special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, diligent and detail-oriented
- A team player capable of multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Candidates with more experience and possess qualification of HKICPA/ ACCA will be considered as Senior Officer/ Accountant
