Job Description
What the job looks like?
- Verify invoices against agreement and ensure that each payment with proper approval documents in accordance with our policies & procedures
- Monitor payments trends and clarify with stakeholders if there is abnormal payment or unexpected expense
- Prepare month-end closing within the monthly deadline
- Prepare the cost analysis reports
Needs
- Diploma or above in Accounting & Finance or related disciplines
- 2 years' accounting experience in Shipping/ Logistics industry preferred
- With the work experience in cost control area center preferred
- With an experience in SAP will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS office, especially in MS Excel
- Details minded & well organized
- A good team player with "can do" attitude
- Good command of both written and spoken in English
- Immediately available is highly preferred
