Finance Office (Projects account team)

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and general accounting work
• Prepare payment, journal entries, account analysis and bank reconciliation
• Issue debit note, monthly I/E statement and quarterly statement to Services
• Assist in month end / year end closing and individual project audit where necessary
• Provide support to various fundraising activities
• Provide support to enhancement projects as required

Requirements:

• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including HKCEE English Language (Syllabus B) / English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics
• Diploma or above in Accounting, with LCCI Level 2 Certificate in Book-keeping and Accounts or above
• 2 years of working experience in accounting field preferred
• Familiar with SUN Accounting System is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work independently, hard-working, well organized, eager to learn, flexible and patient

Starting Salary:

HK$15,560 – HK$18,795 (Subject to working experience and qualifications)
