Job duties:

• Prepare monthly financial reports, consolidation and group reporting package
• Oversee the management accounting team for the preparation of monthly work-in-progress project reports
• Co-ordinate various budget functions to ensure control procedures are established
• Prepare periodic management reports, variance analysis, budgeting & forecasting
• Participate in projects including enhancement of operational system, accounting system as well as workflow
• Participate in projects management and finance operation
• Evaluate key process risks and implement proper internal control procedures
• Participate in process review and ad hoc projects in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

•  University degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
•  Qualified accountant and member of the HKICPA or a reputable accounting association
•  Membership of recognized accounting bodies
•  Experience in servicing and/or architecture industries
•  Minimum 6 years of management reporting or financial analysis experience
•  Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
•  Proficient PC skills
•  Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
•  Knowledge in Flex Account and Kingdee preferred
•  Immediate availability preferred
