Job Requirements

• Member of ACCA/HKICPA with degree holder in Accounting
• 7-8 years accounting experience in retail and wholesale business
• Solid experience in monitoring full set of accounts and month-end closing
• Background from multinational organizations would be a great advantage
• Detail-minded, energetic, self-initiative, analytical and well-organized
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and accounting software
• Good communication of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation including full set of accounts and financial analysis
• Prepare monthly financial reports and manage the smooth account closing
• Support on intercompany settlement & reconciliation and cashflow projection
• Responsible for monitoring Fixed Asset schedules and inventory management
• Handle annual auditing coordination and taxation issues with external auditors
• Coordinate with overseas offices for month-end closing, forecasting and reporting
