Job Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting of group companies operating in HK, China and Overseas;
• Ensure month end closing is done on a timely and accurate manner for submission to Group;
• Provide a key commentary / analysis on the various analysis vs LY and / Budget / Forecast for sales by Countries and by Categories;
• Tracking and maintain the inventory record in order to assess the impact of inventory / COGS / depreciation;
• Provide the insights on the variation on the key costs components such as gross margin, logistic costs, operating costs;
• Prepare Cashflow forecast to ensure optimal treasury position and facilitate financing requirement with banks;
• Interact with other management team members to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendation;
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory, tax, audit, transfer pricing, reporting requirement

Requirements for the position

• Finance / Accounting qualification with  approx. 6 to 10  years of work experiences in a multinational companies;

• Relevant experience in Retail / FMCG industry will be added advantage;
• Strong business acumen, and able to translate number into action and follow through with business owner;
• Strong communication skills, able to work under multi-tasking environment and  be flexible in adapting to changing priorities;
• Mature, independent with strong analytical mind, problem-solving and team leadership skills is a must.
